This fundamental system of Characterology used by Hippocrates Success Management was discovered by the famous Greek physician and philosopher Hippocrates (460 – 377 B.C.). Hippocrates, who became the father of modern medicine, taught mankind that there are four main types of people – depending on temperament and character.
The“Choleric“, “Sanguine“, “Melancholic“ and “Phlegmatic“.
- 372 – 287 B.C. – In the following centuries, this knowledge was refined among other Greek philosophers including Theophrastus (372 –287 BC).
- 1920 – 1930 – Thousands of years later the inventor of the Lie Detector machine: Dr. Williams M. Marston worked on categorizing and explaining human personalities.
- 1980 – Mr. G. Oberhollenzer from Germany purchased strictly confidential documents about Hippocrates’ Characterology in Athens, Greece. At this time, he was appointed as government assistant in the German Embassy from the Federal Republic of Germany.
- 1987 – Practical experience with this knowledge in Germany and further development in the theory and practice of studying people’s characters allowed refinement in the use and administration of these methods. Thus, the thesis of Hippocrates become an easy, practical instrument for people management. During this time, this knowledge was only shared with elite salesmen.
- 2001 – After this innovative refinement of the original system was created, it was introduced to the German market in 2001. This was the founding year of the company Hippokrates in Germany.
- 2004 – 2010 – During this time Hippocrates seminars began being offered all of the world and we presented throughout Europe, Scandinavia, Africa, Mexico, China and Malaysia (though only in the German language).
- 2014 – Because of the breadth of demand we decided to translate the seminars into English to share our knowledge with a wider audience of success-oriented people in the U.S. market. Now we offer our seminars to CEO’s, Managers, Entrepreneurs, Salespersons, Workers, Co-workers, and Families.
- 2015 – Finally Hippocrates Success Management L.L.C. was founded to share this great original knowledge in the USA.
